We have 9 US locations, as well as facilities, in Canada, Singapore and The Netherlands. We are seeking a qualified Inside Sales Representative to support our Rigid packaging Customer base.

Inside Sales Rep

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Salary is based on Experience and Skill levels. A commission program is also offered for this position. Product training is included for our new employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Present & sell company products and services to new and existing customers over the phone
  • Call on and resurrect “Dormant” accounts
  • Prospect and contact potential new customers
  • Problem solve for customers and show Added Value
  • Reach agreed upon sales budgets and growth targets
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience (3 years) in Inside Sales or Sales in general. Packaging preferred
  • Clear & pleasant speaking voice and command of the English language
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce.com experience a plus)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Creativity to stand out amongst competition
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Time management and organizational skills a must to be successful
